Yes — we make mattresses in any width and length, including unusual dimensions for caravans, boats, attics, and oddly-shaped rooms. Enter your exact cm dimensions and see the price instantly on our website. Custom sizes are delivered in 1-3 weeks — the same as standard sizes, built on the same production line.

Where are MattressCenter mattresses made?

All mattresses are handmade in our factory in Vilnius, Lithuania. We have been making mattresses since 2009. Materials include natural latex, wool, coconut fibre, and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. No outsourced manufacturing.

What is the delivery time and cost?

All sizes are delivered in 1-3 weeks, regardless of size — custom dimensions are built on the same production line as standard sizes. Delivery is free within Lithuania; EU delivery is calculated at checkout (Latvia €40, Estonia €70, Poland €50, Germany and other EU from €60). We deliver to Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Scandinavia, and other EU countries.

What materials are used in MattressCenter mattresses?

We use OEKO-TEX certified materials throughout. Options include natural latex (100% or blended), memory foam, HR foam, coconut fibre layers, natural wool, and innerspring systems. All fabrics are free from harmful substances.

Applies to: all standard and custom-size mattresses. Does not apply to: pillowcases and bedding that have been used.

EU consumer rights

As an EU customer you have additional statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to standard-size products - you may unpack and test the mattress as you would in a shop and still withdraw. Custom-made products (non-standard dimensions) are exempt under Article 16(c) of the Directive - which is why we offer our own 30-night trial instead.

Warranty

Every mattress comes with a quality warranty — 2 to 5 years depending on the model (the exact term is shown on each product page) — covering manufacturing defects, core sagging (>3 cm), and cover faults. Normal wear, soiling, and incorrect use are not covered. Warranty claims: email us with photos and your order number.
