How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks anywhere in Lithuania and the EU, custom sizes included. We deliver to your door via DPD, DHL, or our own courier, and large orders include 2-person delivery with mattress setup.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across Lithuania. Latvia and Estonia are free over €300 (€29 below), Poland is €49 (free over €400), and other EU destinations are calculated at checkout. Full details are on our delivery & returns page.
What is the 30-night comfort trial?
Sleep on your mattress for up to 30 nights. If it is not right for you, contact us and we will swap the comfort layer free of charge - no need to return the mattress.
Can I return my mattress?
As an EU customer you have additional statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to standard-size products - you may unpack and test the mattress as you would in a shop and still withdraw. Custom-made products (non-standard dimensions) are exempt under Article 16(c) of the Directive - which is why we offer our own 30-night trial instead.
What warranty comes with the mattress?
Every mattress carries its own manufacturer warranty - 2-5 years depending on model, shown on each product page. Manufacturing defects are always covered.
Where are your mattresses made?
Our mattresses are designed and manufactured in Vilnius, Lithuania, and trusted by sleepers across Europe.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes - any width and length. Custom orders ship in the same 1-3 weeks for a EUR 20 handling fee, and are covered by our 30-night comfort trial.
How do I choose the right firmness?
Choose by sleep position and body weight: side sleepers usually prefer a softer feel, back and stomach sleepers a firmer one, and heavier bodies need more support. Our mattress guide walks you through it, and the 30-night trial means you can adjust the comfort layer if you change your mind.
What are the mattresses made of?
Our range spans foam, pocket-spring, and hybrid constructions with different comfort layers and covers. Each product page lists its exact materials and height so you can compare.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online with Paysera (bank cards and popular payment methods), by bank transfer, or by cash on pickup.
Do you deliver outside Lithuania?
Yes - we ship across the EU, including Latvia, Estonia, and Poland. Cost and delivery time are shown at checkout for your country.
