Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the partners who help us run the shop — for example our payment provider, delivery carriers, IT and hosting providers, and analytics tools — and only as far as they need it to do their job. We do not sell your personal data. The specific list of processors is maintained by us and available on request.
Sending data outside the EU
We keep your data within the European Economic Area wherever possible. If any partner processes data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by data-protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for as long as Lithuanian tax and accounting law requires (accounting documents are kept for up to 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to help you. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it erased; restrict or object to its use; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw any consent you gave. To use any of these rights, email info@mattresscenter.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt, ada@ada.lt).
