30-Night Comfort Trial
Sleep on your new mattress for up to 30 nights. If the feel is not right for you, contact us within 30 nights of delivery and we will swap the comfort layer free of charge – you keep the mattress, there is nothing to ship back.
Returns – your EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Standard-size mattresses carry the EU 14-day right of withdrawal: you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You may unpack and test the mattress the way you would in a shop – testing it does not remove your right to return it. Contact us and we will arrange the return; we refund within 14 days of receiving the mattress back.
Custom-size mattresses
Custom-made mattresses are produced to your exact dimensions, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to them (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Instead, they are covered by our 30-night comfort trial, and manufacturing defects are always covered by the product warranty – custom sizes included.
