Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you bought a standard-size mattress or another eligible product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. You may unpack and test the mattress the way you would in a shop — testing it does not remove your right to return it. Once you tell us you are withdrawing, we arrange the return and refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Custom-size mattresses are made to your exact dimensions, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to them (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). They are instead covered by our 30-night comfort trial and the full product warranty. See Returns & Trial for details.
How to withdraw
You do not have to use a special form — any clear statement is enough. Simply email info@mattresscenter.com or call +370 665 55500 and tell us you are withdrawing from your order. If you prefer, you can copy and complete the model form below.
