Suppera Natural runs on a plain pocket-spring core - wrapped springs without Auraplus's zoned multi-pocket layout - carrying 2cm of elastic HR foam and 4cm of memory foam above it, the identical comfort-layer pairing used on Romena Comfort but here sitting on the simpler spring system.
At 24cm it stands two centimetres taller than Romena, a small but real construction difference even with matching foam layers. The medium (3/5) rating gives it no particular lean toward one sleeping position or body type - it is built to work reasonably for most sleepers rather than to specialise.
Each face feels different, offering a genuine second option if the primary side is not quite right, in the bamboo knit cover used across Auraplus adult mattresses. If zoned spring support matters more to your decision than a couple of centimetres of extra height, Romena Comfort is the equivalent model built on the multi-pocket core instead.
3-year warranty, plus MattressCenter's 30-night comfort-layer exchange.
